我們在日常生活和進行任何運動時,都會存在一些不良的肌肉使用習慣,促使我們身體靈活性下降,甚至使我們難以完成特定的動作。
其實,我們只要以適當的方式訓練體能,改掉用力時的不良習慣,我們就能逐步掌握到更好的力量控制,進而應付生活和運動中的各種挑戰。
We all have poor muscle usage habits in daily life and playing sports of any kind, which will reduce our body flexibility and even make it difficult to do particular actions.
In fact, we just need to workout in an appropriate way and break negative habits when we exert force. We will progressively better our strength control to handle a variety of challenges in both life and sports.

WILCO Stretch Therapy’s “Stretching & Functional Training Class” is ntended to assist you become more capable of performing the movements required in sports and daily life.

訓練流程 Procedure of Our Training Session
在課堂中,我們將首先了解您的訓練目標,以及您在進行特定動作時的活動模式。
隨後,我們將一步步指導您如何運用適當的施力點進行基礎體能訓練和伸展運動,以增強您的肌肉並鞏固您的運動基礎來迎接生活中的挑戰。
At this class, we will first understand your aims for training and how you move when performing specific movements.
Following that, we will then guide you step by step on how to utilise appropriate point of force application to do fundamental conditioning trainings and stretching exercises, in order to strengthen your muscles and solidify your athletic foundation to take on life’s challenges.

- Athletic attire is required. Make sure you are physically fit to engage in training.
- If you participate online, you will receive a link to the online meeting room one day before the event after successfully making a reservation. Throughout the session, kindly remain in a safe, peaceful, and comfortable location

收到您的訊息後,我們將透過電子郵件、WhatsApp 或 Instagram 與您聯繫,進一步了解您參加此訓練班的目的和目標、日常運動習慣以及身體狀況。隨後,我們會安排您的訓練時間和地點,並向您發送帳單詳情。
請注意,我們只接受預約;時段僅保留給先付款的預約者。收到我們的帳單資訊通知後,請盡快完成付款。
只有在我們確認收到您的付款後,您的預約才算成功。
If you are interested in joining our “Stretching & Functional Training Class”, simply just notify us via email or our social media accounts (WhatsApp or Instagram).
Once we receive your message, we will get in touch with you via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram to learn more about your purpose and goals of this training session, workout routine and physical condition. After that, we will arrange the time and place for your training session while sending you the billing details.
Keep in mind that we only accept appointments; The time slots will only be reserved for those who pay first. After getting our notification with billing information, please complete the payment as soon as possible.
Only once we send you a confirmation that the payment was received will the appointment be considered successful.
