Our Philosophy of Being Healthy

在很小的時候,我們就學會了如何使用我們身體的每個組成部分來完成各種大小的工作。從學習坐低、爬行、站起來、搬運東西,最後是走路,每一步都需要使用我們的肌肉、關節和其他軟組織。

後來,我們為了實現我們的目標,實踐我們的信念。我們付出了很多的體力,忍受了一些創傷和挫折,並竭盡全力去完善我們的專業和技藝。

經歷了這麼多的克苦的時刻,此刻的您還有良好的身體功能和韌性去面對未來的挑戰嗎?

At an early age, we learn how to use each component of our bodies for a variety of jobs, both big and tiny. Each step demands the usage of our muscles, joints and other soft tissues, from learning to sit low, crawl, stand up, carry stuff, and finally walk.

Afterwards, in order to realize our objectives and live up to our beliefs. We put in a lot of physical effort, endure several traumas and setbacks, and strive extremely hard to perfect our profession and skills.

After going through so much hardship, do you still have good physical function and tenacity to face challenges in the future?

How are you going to take care of your body and inner sentiments in light of your current state of mind and physical health, so that you can keep moving in the direction of your goals?
